its mah berfday. :B

My mom made me pineapple upside down cake and I had some for breakfast, steve sent me an edible arrangement of chocolate covered srawberries, and I've gotten birthday wishes from so many people. LAter I'm going out with some friends and tomorrow I'm visiting steve and his family for the weekend. This is shaping up to be an awesome birthday and I'm incredibly thankful for it. :)

Now here's a poem I just wrote!

Another year older
Another year wise
But life still makes me nervous
and catches me by surprise
Sitting sweating wondering
Believing now things are getting good
Things are finally turning out
The ways I thought they should
I have my love, my job, my art
My friends and family
And finally I am beginning
To actually find me
This august ay is swealtering
This day that I was born
And this year I'm actually in one piece
Unlike the others I was torn.
And right now as I'm lulled
Swaying peaceful in life's song
I just have this feeling
Something is bound to go terribly wrong.
